Join us for a deeply nourishing day of movement, mindfulness, and connection, guided by the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of community.

RETREAT FLOW:
Waves of Joy & Love – Begin the day with morning tea, nourishing snacks, and heartfelt connection.
Waves of Love Wellness Walk – A mindful beach walk along the shore to awaken the senses.
Yoga & Tai Chi by the Ocean – Move with the elements in a soul-soothing practice.
Nourishing Lunch at Enso Cafe– A wholesome meal to replenish body and soul.
Sound Healing & Restorative Yoga at Enso Yoga Studio– Deep healing and Harmonizing practice.
